Oh Baby Fitness and Doula Support knows the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle especially during the exciting time of planning for a baby. We have all the services to help you through a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. Our fitness classes help you gain strength that you’ll need to birth your baby as well as help you get back on track after baby is born. Our birth and postpartum doula support is available to help you navigate your choices and help with transitioning into this new role. We also offer Placenta services as well. A happy, healthy family is our goal and we’d love to share in the journey with you.

    Helping you gain the strength you need to prepare for your birthing experience and to enjoy your parenting journey.

  • Doula Suport

    As a birth companion we can assist you with comfort techniques, breathing, massage, relaxation, movements and positioning; as well as emotional and informational support.

  • Placenta Services

    Having your placenta encapsulated enables you to experience the positive benefits of the placenta.

Fit Tummies

Fit Tummies

This one hour class consists of a cardiovascular warm up, 30 minutes full body strength workout focusing on the major muscle groups, and fifteen minutes to work specifically on CORE muscles which includes abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back.

Fierce Body Bootcamp

Fit Body Bootcamp is designed as a fun, challenging and safe workout for women of ALL AGES. This class safely incorporates cardio, strength and core training into exercises that will help you lose weight, build muscle and overall make you feel FIT.

As a loving wife and mother of 3 young children Andrea knows first hand the triumphs and tribulations of pregnancy, birth and parenting. These life experiences are what led Oh Baby Fitness into her hands. Pursuing her passion in empowering women, families and children has always been her focus and now her reality.
