This one hour class consists of a cardiovascular warm up, 30 minutes full body strength workout focusing on the major muscle groups, and fifteen minutes to work specifically on CORE muscles which includes abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back.

Oh Baby Fitness and Doula Support knows the importance of balancing a healthy lifestyle especially during the exciting time of planning for a baby. We have all the services to help you through a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. Our fitness classes help you gain strength that you’ll need to birth your baby as well as help you get back on track after baby is born. Our birth and postpartum doula support is available to help you navigate your choices and help with transitioning into this new role. We also offer Placenta services as well. A happy, healthy family is our goal and we’d love to share in the journey with you.

The Fit Bellies program was developed to prepare the expectant woman for pregnancy, childbirth and new parenthood both physically and emotionally.
The 90-minute weekly Fit Babies program was created for mothers as a place to safely incorporate physical activity into their lifestyle up to 1 year following childbirth.
This gentle style yoga class combines the strengthening and meditative elements of traditional yoga with the added benefits of increasing the spiritual and emotional bond you have with your baby.
This is not your regular "prenatal yoga" class! While other program focus solely on stretching and strengthening, our unique program is designed to give you tools for labour and birth.
Fit Body Bootcamp is designed as a fun, challenging and safe workout for women of ALL AGES. This class safely incorporates cardio, strength and core training into exercises that will help you lose weight, build muscle and overall make you feel FIT.
An outdoor circuit-style class offered from May until October, Strollerfit was specifically developed to get mom back into shape following pregnancy and childbirth.
This program is designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of yoga and meditation. We will explore traditional yoga poses and introduce meditation techniques in a fun, supportive environment.
By combining a physical practice (poses) with breathing/meditation techniques, children learn to tap into their inner self confidence, which will help reduce anxiety and quiet the mind.

We hired Andrea from Oh Baby Fitness for the encapsulation of my placenta when I gave birth to my baby boy, and she was amazing and a complete QUEEN from start to finish. She came to the hospital on the same day, picked up my packaged placenta, and had it back to me a couple of days later at the hospital in a beautifully packaged gift bag along with other keepsakes. She answered all of my crazy questions (repeatedly) and did a fantastic job with the whole process of explaining everything in detail and then down to the final product. She showed great respect for this process and I felt that her serene and positive energy made a difference in the final product and the whole experience for me and my little family, because it worked wonders for me post-pregnancy. And I will 100% hire her to do my next placenta! She’s a blessing and I can’t wait to use her services again 🙂
Did prenatal yoga which helped me tremendously throughout my labour! Started stroller fit this summer when babe was about 6 weeks old, great workout and nice way to meet other mothers!
