Bums & Tums

Bums & Tums is a 45-minute class designed to focus on lower body conditioning and restoring core function with breath work and activation with a specific intention on glutes and core muscles.

Level 1 classes are designed to help retrain your core/ pelvic floor after pregnancy & birth with low-impact exercises, minimal weight and resistance together we build the foundation to increase intensity safely using functional movement. 
• Newly postpartum 
• Not immediately postpartum but new to fitness 
• You experience pelvic floor concerns (bladder leakage, pain, heaviness etc) 

Level 2 classes were designed for once you have mastered the foundational breath work and engagement. This faster-paced class encourages movement through resistance and weight training as well as higher-impact functional movements. 
• You have completed Level 1 classes 
• You received the go ahead from your pelvic floor physiotherapist 

• You already maintain a physical fitness program 

Babies are welcomed to join or you can also attend solo.
Please be advised that you must be a min 6 weeks postpartum to attend
