I have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. This passion only grew stronger as I welcomed my 2 sons in to the world and knew that I wanted to stay healthy and strong for them as we grew. I completed my Fitness Instructor training in 2010 and have been teaching with Oh Baby Fitness since 2014. Staying physically fit to me is much more then a scale or measurement. It is my mental clarity, it is my stress relief and it is a way I connect deeper to myself both physically and mentally. When not teaching my other passions include aromatherapy, animals, alternative healing and of course my two wonderful children.
