Fit Body Bootcamp is designed as a fun, challenging and safe workout for women of all ages. This class safely incorporates cardio, strength and core training into exercises that will help you lose weight, build muscle and overall make you feel FIT.
Along with fitness training you can also add 2x’s 30 minute customized appointments with Registered Holistic Nutritionist Tania Heinemann to come up with a plan that will suit YOUR needs. This is NOT a cookie cutter program.
Starts Monday September 11th 8:15-9:15
Runs Mondays and Wednesdays
NO CLASS October 9th
Last class Monday October 23rd
Weekly private weigh ins and measurements will be taken.
