This gentle style yoga class combines the strengthening and meditative elements of traditional yoga with the added benefits of increasing the spiritual and emotional bond you have with your baby. In this 6 week series we will work on balance, core strength, muscular endurance and mediation by modifying traditional low-impact yoga poses to safely accommodate your baby. The class is ideal for babies 6 weeks until crawling. All poses can be modified if you wish to wear your baby in a soft structure carrier or wrap. Working through a series will allow you to see your progress and feel the change.
