We will spend time stretching, strengthening and re-connecting with your post-pregnancy body in this baby friendly class. You’ll learn how to take care of your pelvic floor and joints while also moving your body towards better posture and alignment, and how to breath through challenges to relieve stress. Baby participation will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the group but taking care of baby’s needs will always remain a priority. Classes will include a combination of flows, longer holds and variations for building functional strength and endurance, releasing tension and learning to listen to your body. Each class will end in a relaxation period and time to connect with your baby.
