This one hour mom and baby class consists of a cardiovascular warm up, 30 minutes full body strength workout focusing on the major muscle groups, and fifteen minutes to work specifically on CORE muscles which includes abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back. The class will end with stretching and exercises for baby. Please bring a water, and a towel that can wrap around your waist. Each participant can be tested for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and be taught how to help repair if needed.
