In this class we will gently stretch and safely strengthen the body in preparation for the journey of birth. Taking into consideration prenatal modifications for pelvic floor, joint and heart health we’ll use poses and breathing techniques to address common prenatal misalignments and imbalances. Classes will include a combination of flows and longer holds for building functional strength and endurance, releasing tension and staying connected with your ever changing body. Variations will be offered throughout making this class accessible for all stages of pregnancy. We will end each class with a relaxation period and time to connect with your baby.
