Fit Bellies

The Fit Bellies program was developed to prepare the expectant woman for pregnancy, childbirth and new parenthood both physically and emotionally.  Each weekly 90-minute class incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning to strengthen key areas affected by physiological changes through pregnancy; essential stretches to reduce common pregnancy discomforts; a relaxation component in preparation for a calm and peaceful birth and a half-hour discussion and presentation conducted by the instructor and guest speakers on topics relevant to pregnancy, childbirth and new parenthood.


6 Week Series
