The 90-minute weekly Fit Babies program was created for mothers as a place to safely incorporate physical activity into their lifestyle up to 1 year following childbirth. Together with baby, mom will enjoy a 1-hour exercise class that incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as essential stretches to elminiate tension. Baby acts as resistance for several of the muscular conditioning exercises and will respond with glee as they are lifted and cuddled while mom strengthens key areas. Following the fitness component, participants engage ina half-hour discussion and presentation conducted by the instructor and guest speakers on relevant topics.
